Community
There is no separation - we are all community members which accept and include others.
Education
We strive to make ourselves more visible and approachable and to provide the community with information regarding the LGBTIQ+ community.
Connection
We make ourselves available to assist others like us so that they feel included and connected to other community members.
Compassion
We show compassion for each individual’s journey and story and understand that creating an understanding of diversity in our community will reduce stigma and discrimination.
Safety
We create a safer community for all the LGBTIQ+ peoples by collaborating with all community members, partners and stakeholders.
Acceptance and inclusion
We work with people who may experience exclusion, ensuring meaningful participation and acknowledgement in our festival.
Equality
We treat all beings as equals in our quest to create a celebration of diversity and connection within our community.
